Thatcher’s Last Stand against Socialism

If you haven’t seen this video, please take a look. In it Margaret Thatcher addresses the opposition in her final appearance as prime minister before the British parliament. Just as Obama’s has pined for “redistributive change,” Thatcher’s opposition also clamored for socialistic policies to bring about what’s now referred to as “social justice”. In her final address to parliament, Thatcher delivered a brilliant smack-down to socialism.

Margaret Thatcher is currently 85 years old. She is in the hospital as I type this battling an infection. In addition to this current illness, she suffered a series of mini-strokes in 2005. In her twilight years she has succumbed to mind-fogging dementia. May God watch over this stalwart champion of liberty and prosperity.
